Destructive Testing (DT) & Metallography Services for Aerospace Components and Materials
Our global network of in-house testing laboratories applies destructive (DT), mechanical, and metallographic testing to characterize and validate aerospace component and material strength, durability, and composition.

Pre-Machining Services
In addition to inspection and testing services, MISTRAS has expanded the boundaries of a typical aerospace inspection provider to offer drilling and CNC turning pre-machining services to forge parts into their final shape. This saves our customers time and resources by eliminating the need to send parts out for machining in between inspections.

Special Process Services

Finishing Services
As aerospace components must contend with intense stress and weather conditions during operation, high-quality finishing services are an essential corrosion-inhibiting process prior to assembly.
