Princeton Junction, NJ – June 2009 – MISTRAS Group, Inc., a leading global provider of proprietary, technology-based non-destructive testing solutions, announces that effective May 31, 2009, CONAM Inspection & Engineering Services will be taking on the name of its parent MISTRAS Group, Inc. and will operate as MISTRAS Services Division. Although technically a merger for accounting purposes, this is truly a change in name only. The company will continue to operate in its current form, with no change in ownership, management, quality programs or business relationships.
The name change is an acknowledgement of the significant expansion of our business through both organic growth and acquisitions. Both have allowed us to leverage the size and global resources of the group making MISTRAS the cornerstone of our branding worldwide. Our goal is to increase market awareness of the MISTRAS name as the recognized leader in mechanical integrity, including delivering complete NDT solutions and information technologies utilizing our wide variety of services, products and systems.

Also effective May 31, we will be amending, or changing, our previous name, CONAM Inspection and Engineering Services, Inc. on all of our business, support, regulatory licenses and marketing materials as appropriate to reflect our new identity.
